Outdoor Deck Warranty
Limited 20 Year Warranty
AridDek Aluminum Decking Solutions warrants to the original purchaser the aluminum decking product known as AridDek for a period of twenty (20) years when properly maintained and under normal use and service. AridDek will replace or repair, at its discretion, any of the decking boards that are found to be structurally defective.
This warranty does not apply to, and AridDek makes no warranties, expressed or implied with respect to improper installation or failure to conform to the AridDek installation guidelines and/or local building codes, improper maintenance, improper alteration, misuse, negligence, exposure to harmful chemicals, accident, excessive loads, impact of foreign objects, acts of God, storm damage, minor discoloration of materials or goods which are not defective but which may wear out during the warranty period.
Original purchaser must provide to AridDek, at the address below, notice of the defect within 30 days
of discovery and include proof of purchase, photographs of the defect, and a written description of the
defect. AridDek must be given 30 days and granted access to the property to inspect the defect and
assess the origin of the problem. Warranty claims should be directed to:

This AridDek warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except with respect to the replacement of defective product as described herein and AridDek shall not be responsible for any removal or installation services required. AridDek shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary or other damages of any kind whatsoever related to the goods delivered hereunder, whether such claim is based upon theories of contract, warranty, negligence, tort, struck liability or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
